Privacy Statement Attached: (I have read privacy statements at numerous locations.  Like yourselves, I have received these little books from credit card companies, insurance companies and the like, detailing out their privacy policies.  I feel it should be more to the point, so the attached is ours ( it turned out longer then I planned)).

In stock items / Out of stock items:

We strive to ship in stock items within 48 hours of the receipt of your order in our system.  If your order can not be filled from stock, a representative will email you with an estimate of the time it will take to accumulate your order and ship.  We will make every attempt to keep you informed of any changes to that estimate as that information becomes available.

The "normal" lead time when an item is not in stock is 2 weeks.  Some companies such as JVJ, RKI are faster then that, where Waterwood, Emenee and SX can take several weeks to accommodate manufacturing and/or plating processes.

We strive to ship "in stock" items within 48 hours (one to two business days) of receiving your order.  Items not in stock will be ordered from the appropriate manufacturers every 3 to 4 business days.  Ordered items take an average of 2 weeks to ship.  There are many factors that are out of our control, but we maintain good relations with our manufacturers and strive to minimize order times.

Once an order ships, it can not be cancelled.  It will have to be handled under "General returns".

Defective, Damaged  or Missing Merchandise.  (We really try to minimized occurrences in this category, but we have a procedure, just in case)

Please notify us via email concerning any defective merchandise received or shortages within 3 days of the arrival of the merchandise.  In your email, please list for us the item number, quantity and problem with the item(s).

Normally, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return of the product, pull, double check and hold the replacement items (or get the replacements ordered) and ship them upon the arrival and inspection of the defective item(s).  Please make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on or beside the shipping label.  No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

General returns:

Returns on standard stocked merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of the product and only with a valid RMA number. (please email us here for the RMA number) Only unopened and unused items will be accepted for return.   Once inspected, you will be credited for the full amount less a 20% restocking fee and and freight changes.  If the return is accompanied by a replacement order of equal or greater value, the restocking fee may be waived.  (Return product is credited directly on new order, eliminating restocking fees.)  Special orders will not be accepted for return and/or credit.

Special Orders:

A special order is any item that is not normally stocked by B & B International, Inc or normally stocked in the quantity requested, and must be ordered by B & B per the verbal or written request of a customer.   Special orders traditionally take from 2 days to 3 weeks, depending on the manufacturer from which the product is ordered.  (The average time frame is 2 weeks)  A representative will be glad to "estimate" the lead time required based on the items ordered.  Just make the request in the notes section provided in the check out process.

Samples:

Samples are expensive no matter how you look at it.  We currently do not offer samples, but we sell individual pieces with no minimum order size and offer quantity discounts, as you will see on our site.  Returned items,  purchased as samples, are handled under the General Returns policy. 

If you choose to order a sample to review, then place a second order for over $100.00 in value (before tax and freight), we will waive the $8.00 freight charge on your order.

Pictures and Descriptions:

All designs and specifications are subject to change without notice.  If you have detailed, specific requirements (for example drawer slides for a metal cabinet with drilled and tapped holes) please contact our office at .  Forward a detailed diagram with the specific requirements to a customer service representative.

Shipping:

We currently use UPS Ground service or USPS.  We charge a flat $8.00 (US Dollars) for standard ground shipments to addresses within the continental United States.  Expedited methods of shipment are available via UPS.  (UPS 3 Day, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.)  These expedited shipping methods void the flat freight rate and will be billed accordingly.

We must limit our shipments to the Continental United States at this time.  As we add new user selectable options, they will be advertised on the introductory page.
